Corporate compliance requires the involvement of every staff member. Not only does every staff member have a duty to be knowledgeable of regulations, every person with knowledge of inappropriate activity or alleged non-compliance has a duty to act and to report potential violations and compliance irregularities. Abrigo established an internal reporting system, thereby creating a network of overseers to share the watchdog role.
